A range of materials are used to produce the Ducklebut designs.
Some earring findings are made with nickel free metals.
Please refer to each individual product for further information if you have any concerns about whether or not this product may be suitable for you.

Shipping
Shipping is currently only available within Australia.
We aim to have your orders posted to you as soon as possible (within 1-5 business days).
All orders are sent with tracking.
Standard shipping within Australia is generally 5-10 business days.
Please note Australia Post does not operate on Public Holidays or Weekends.
Refunds and Returns

With health and safety in mind and given the intimate nature of these products, returns and refunds are not available due to a change of mind on jewellery pieces.
If however we deem an item to be faulty or defective, we will offer either a repair, exchange or refund.

HOMEWARES
If you have purchased from the Ducklebut homewares range and have decided that this piece is no longer for you, returns (excluding shipping costs) will be accepted provided that the following conditions have been met:
- To be eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of the shipping date. After this date it will not be possible to return an item due to a change of mind.
- A return must be requested via online at ducklebutjewelry@gmail.com
- Any refund amount will be less the shipping charges and only once all items are returned.
- All refunds will be via original payment method only.
- There is no exchange or return on sale items.
- Exchanges will be processed as a new order and shipping applied.

Note: All of the items produced by Ducklebut are individually handmade and as such, variations and small inconsistencies do exist. This is a natural result of the handmade techniques used to make these products and will as such not be considered a product fault.
